Game #2 – Bat Intentions vs. Dominicks
We get the second game of the night going with another big lopsided game. This time it is going to be Bat Intentions that swing the hot stick in this one. Things would start slow as we only see two runs across the first two innings both in favor of Intentions. That would be on a Anthony Rapposelli and Justin Ruth RBI single. Things would pick up from there. Thomas Barawuskas will smash a three run bomb in a four run fourth to make it a 9-1 lead. They would explode in the fifth and sixth innings. Barawuskas starts it again with a two run double, followed up by RBI singles from Rapposelli, Jim Liott and Justin Ruth. They wouldn be back in the sixth getting RBI hits from Marcus Gibson, Tom Finn, Justin Ruth and Jimmy Costar. Dominicks would get a three run bomb out of Ed Reynolds, but this game would be all Dom’s as they cruise in this one. Bat Intentions win 28-4.
Player of the Game:
Thomas Barawuskas (Bat Intentions) – 3/6, 2B, HR, 5 RBI’s
Game #3 – Altek vs. Knuckleheads
This game is a little bit closer as we get started with 1-0 lead for Altek after they score a run on a single and error. Knuckleheads will have the first big inning grabbing 10 total runs in the third inning. RBI singles from Jim Bell, Brittany Ullman, Ben Razzi as well as two run hits from Mike Marnoch and Jose Rodriguez pace the scoring in the inning. Back come Altek in the fourth and fifth getting six runs. Brandon Smith smashes a solo bomb and Kyle Smith hits a three run bomb. Mike Maglio will also add a run on an RBI single in the inning to bring this game to within three. Ben Razzi will add some late insurance runs, sending us to the seventh. Brandon Smith and Adam Volpe bring in two runs on singles, but the scoring would stop there and Altek would fall short. Knuckleheads win 15-9.
Player of the Game:
Keith Keppley (Knuckleheads) – 3/4, 2 2B’s, 2 RBI’s

Chase Luxton will smash a 1st inning homer to get it rolling and Sean Nonnfeeeeeemacher, definitely not batting left-handed knocks in two runs on a double. GFP bats around in the third scoring a total of 14 eight runs and taking a 14-1 thanks to a two run triple from Alex Freeman, RBI double from Luxton, two run sac fly from Tess Frelick (what a bomb) and a two run triple from Dan Vescovi. Quality will only manage one run in this game and lose big time. Everyone goes home early and GFP wins 16-1.
