Game 1: Phanatics Batmen vs. Alaskan Bullworms

AB takes an early lead in the bottom of the first with three runs on back to back doubles by Evan Morris and Garrett Baker. PB gets on the board with two runs in the top of the second. Evan Morris rips an RBI double for AB in the bottom of the third. PB puts up six runs in the top of the fourth thanks to singles, doubles by Charlie Phillips and Mike Ercolino, and homers by Ian Cuozzo and Scott Gerhart. Mike Ercolino rips a two run double for PB in the top of the sixth. Phanatics Batmen beats the Alaskan Bullworms, 13-6.

Game 2: Phanatics Batmen vs. Slap A Pitch

PB plates four runs in the top of the first with doubles by Corey Van Fossen and Scott Gerhart, and triples by Ian Cuozzo and Bill Jones. PB adds two runs in the top of the second. Singles and an RBI double by Chris H leads to three runs for PB in the top of the fourth. PB puts up seven runs in the top of the fifth with a three run homer by Ian Cuozzo. SAP finally gets on the board in the bottom of the fifth with three runs on errors. Scott Gerhart jacks a three run homer for PB in the top of the sixth. Anthony Santiago blasts a solo homer for SAP in the bottom of the sixth. Phanatics Batmen beat up on Slap A Pitch, 21-4.

Game 3: Outkast vs. Pinball Nerds

Outkast takes an early lead with a run in the top of the first. PN answers with three runs on singles in the bottom of the first. Antonio Lillo jacks a three run homer for Outkast in the top of the second. Antonio Lillo rips a two run double for Outkast as three runs cross the plate in the top of the fourth. PN scores three runs in the bottom of the sixth on singles and a Brian T RBI double. Outkast beats the Pinball Nerds, 11-6.

Cedar Hill

Game 1: I’d Hit That vs. Hagan’s Heroes

Chase Luxton blasts a two run homer for HH in the bottom of the first. IHT gets on the board with a run in the top of the second. Singles net two runs for IHT in the top of the fourth. IHT scores three runs in the top of the sixth with a triple by Marcus Gibson, and a Chris Taylor two run homer. HH bats around in the bottom of the sixth to pick up seven runs on singles. IHT rallies for five runs in the top of the seventh on errors and singles. I’d Hit That squeaks by Hagan’s Heroes, 11-10.

Game 2: I’d Hit That vs. Ump Yours

A double by Anthony Rapposselli helps IHT get three runs in the top of the first. Chris Taylor smokes an RBI double for IHT in the top of the third. UY gets on the board with four runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI doubles by Anthony Rubas and Nic Pataki. IHT puts up five runs in the top of the fifth with a two run double by Chris Taylor. UY picks up two more runs in the bottom of the sixth. IHT rallies four runs on singles in the top of the seventh. I’d Hit That downs Ump Yours, 17-8.

Game 3: Ump Yours vs. Dirt Dogs

Anthony Rubas jacks a two run homer for UY in the top of the first. A leadoff double by Derek Strowhouer nets DD a run in the bottom of the second. UY bats around in the top of the third to score six runs with singles, a three run double by Christian Butrica, and an Anthony Rubas solo homer. Three runs cross the plate for UY in the top of the fifth thanks to singles, and an Anthony Rubas RBI double. DD bats around in the bottom of the fifth to pick up six runs thanks to singles, a double by Derek Strowhouer, and a Scott Chmura three run homer. Walks get UY another two runs in the top of the sixth. Ump Yours gets by the Dirt Dogs, 14-11.

Hatfield

Game 1: Hit & Run vs. GFP

Gene Walczak jacks a two run homer for GFP in the bottom of the first. GFP adds two runs in the bottom of the second. Alex Freeman blasts a solo homer for GFP in the bottom of the third. Sean Nonemacher launches a three run homer for GFP in the bottom of the fourth. HAR finally gets on the board in the top of the fifth with a run. Six runs cross the plate for GFP in the bottom of the fifth with singles, and doubles by Jarrett Kerns and MK Smith. GFP makes quick work of Hit & Run, 16-1.

Game 2: GFP vs. Instigators

Jarrett Kerns rips an RBI double for GFP in the top of the first. Eight runs come in for GFP in the top of the second with errors, walks, an RBI double by Jarrett Kerns, and a grand slam by Sean Nonemacher. Dan McFadden smashes a grand slam for the Instigators in the bottom of the third. GFP adds three runs in the top of the fourth. Eric Rosenblum smokes an RBI double for the Instigators in the bottom of the fifth. Sean Nonemacher and Jarrett Kerns blast homers for GFP in the top of the sixth. GFP beats up on the Instigators, 21-8.

Game 3: Instigators vs. Blue Devils

Dan McFadden rips a two run triple for the Instigators in the top of the first. BD rallies for four runs in the bottom of the first on singles. The Instigators bat around in the top of the second to get six runs on singles, and RBI doubles by Corey Wambold and Eric Rosenblum. BD adds two runs in the bottom of the third. The Instigators bat around again in the top of the fifth to pick up four runs with a two run double by Eric Rosenblum. Dan McFadden rips an RBI triple for the Instigators in the top of the sixth. The Instigators beat the Blue Devils, 17-8.

Game 4: No Shows vs. Blue Devils

A leadoff double by Shawn Thornton nets BD two runs in the bottom of the first. NS gets on the board with a run in the top of the fourth. Liam Grob smokes a two run double for BD in the bottom of the fourth. BD scores seven runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles, and doubles by Josh Owens and Bob Govaeea. NS rallies for six runs in the top of the seventh on singles, and a two run double by Jim Liott. The Blue Devils take care of No Shows, 13-7.
