The only extra base hit comes from Ryan Hamilton, a double. Gabagools get a leadoff double from Tommy Salami and a pair of homers in the 1st from James Muhlburger and Jon Dobyan on their way to scoring 4. They'll score 3 more in the 3nd with Jake Steinberg homering 3 more cross in the 6th and needing 3 to tie and 4 to win in the bottom of the 7th, they get none. MuckDogs take game 1, 15-10
Game 2:
Gabagools stay hot a score 2 in the 1st on a Jon Dobyan homer and James Muhlburger sac fly. Tom Salami doubles in the 3rd but gets stranded. bats go quiet for 3 innings until the top of the 7th where they plate 2 runs. aNick Geraghty doubles. MuckDogs, on the other side, score 1 in the 1st and the 1 in the 3rd, then blast out 6 runs in the 4th. Ryan Hamilton homers and Jeff Hess doubles. 8 runs is all they need in game 2, and Muckdogs win, 8-4.
