A Division

Quarry

Game 1: Vertex vs. Philly Junk

Vertex takes an early lead with two runs in the top of the first. Pat Kelley rips an RBI double as three runs cross the plate for PJ in the bottom of the first. Vertex picks up five runs in the top of the third on singles. Casey Clasu smokes a two run double for PJ in the bottom of the third. A leadoff double by Will P helps Vertex add three runs in the top of the fourth. PJ bats around in the bottom of the fifth to get ELEVEN runs thanks to homers by Shane Hanna, Pat Kelley, and KC Ingram. Vertex bats around in the top of the sixth to put up six runs thanks to singles, and a two run double by Sean Nonemacher. PJ bats around again in the bottom of the sixth to push five runs across on walks and singles. Vertex rallies for five runs in the top of the seventh with singles, and doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Frank Staber, and Luke S. Philly Junk wins the first game, 27-23.

Game 2: Philly Junk vs. Vertex

Pat Kelley jacks a two run homer for PJ in the top of the first. Vertex gets on the board in the bottom of the second with five runs thanks to a triple by Kevin H. Vertex bats around in the bottom of the third to put up six runs on singles, and doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Will P, Kevin H, and Luke S. Pat Kelley smacks another homer for PJ in the top of the fourth. Vertex plates six more runs in the bottom of the fourth with RBI doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Ryan S, and Luke S. PJ bats around in the top of the fifth to score SEVENTEEN runs on walks, singles, and homers by Tom Ivers and Evan Porter. Pat Kelley blasts his third homer of the game for PJ in the top of the seventh. Vertex rallies for two runs in the bottom of the seventh. Philly Junk wins the second game, 27-20, and the A chip.

B South

Lukens I

Game 1: Bats All Folks vs. Candlewyck

Candlewyck takes the early lead with two runs in the bottom of the first. BAF bats around in the top of the second to get seven runs on walks and singles. Candlewyck answers with TWELVER runs in the bottom of the second on walks, singles, and a two run triple by Mar McKiinney. Candlewyck bates around again in the bottom of the fourth to push six runs across with back to back RBI triples by Jake Pendenzin and Gabe Tarant. Kevin Noone rips a two run double for Candlewyck in the bottom of the fifth to end it early. Candelwyck dominates the first game, 22-7.

Game 2: Candlewyck vs. Bats All Folks

Kyle Pendenzin smokes an RBI triple for Candelwyck in the top of the first. BAF answers with four runs in the bottom of the first on an Adam Ryan RBI double, and a triple by Kevin Tomlinson. Four runs cross the plate for Candlewyck in the top of the second on singles. Singles get Candlewyck four runs in the top of the third. BAF adds three runs in the bottom of the second. Singles net BAF two runs in the bottom of the fifth. Candlewyck bats around in the top of the sixth to pick up seven runs thanks to singles, and an RBI double by Jon Hickman. BAF rallies for a run in the bottom of the seventh. Candlewyck wins the second game, 22-12, and the B South title.
