Philly’s Phinest VS Sprouse Electric

Philly’s Phinest opens the game grabbing one run in the top of the first off a fielder’s choice. In the top of the second, they add more with a two run single from Mike Rocks Sr and a sac fly from Joe Carpino. Sprouse gets on the board with a sac fly from Tyler Reese. Philly’s Phinest poors it on in the third with a Tony Summers Home Run to start the game, then a Chris Culver two run Home Run and back to back doubles from Dominic Rocks and Rob Phillipi and then an rbi single from Brian Hilbert to cap the inning. Sprouse Electric tried to match Philly’s Phinest third with a big one of their own. They get two RBI’s from Damien Scott and an RBI single from Drake Sprouse and then a sac fly from Tyler Reese to get 5 in the inning and bring Sprouse within 4. Philly’s Phinest gets three in the 4th off a 3 run Home Run from Mike Rocks Sr. and Sprouse Electric tries to keep up with 2 rbi’s from Eric Gasser. Philly’s Phinest gets another 3 in the 5th with a two run Home Run from Steve Johnson and an RBI single from Dominic Rocks. A scoreless 6th brings us to the seventh with Philly’s Phinest grabbing 5 in the top with a 2 rbi triple from Dominic Rocks, rbi single from Rob Phillipi, and a 2 run Home Run from Mike Rocks Sr. Sprouse Electric gets two off an rbi single from Nil Wojtusik but aren’t able to muster more.

Hitmen VS Birds of War


Hitmen jumps out to an early lead with a 3 run Home Run from Jon Procupio but Birds of War rips this one open early with a big bottom of the first, starting with an rbi single from Scott Chmura, followed by an rbi double from Sonney Rey, then a two rbi double from John Lano, then an rbi double from Zach Schrum and capped off by Alex Olmeda with an rbi single. Hitmen grabs one in the top of the second with an rbi single from Nick Lang but Birds of War doubles it up again with two runs off a Tony Deponte single. The third sees Hitmen get one from a Home Run from Mark Kannengeiser but Birds of War piles it on more with a Sjohn Laino RBI double, bases clearing 3 RBI triple from Ryan McAvel, and a sac fly from Austin Devlin. A scoreless 4th leads to top of the fifth with Hitmen getting three from an rbi double from Mark Kannengeiser and rbi single from Chris Cruz. From there, only one run crosses when Mark Kennengeiser gets a solo home run in the top of the seventh for Hitmen, but Birds of War controls this one all the way through.

Hitmen VS Philly’s Phinest


Hitmen start of strong with a 3 run Home Run from Jon Prolupio and score one additional run on a fielders choice. They’ll add 6 more in the second with an rbi triple from Dennis D’Angelo, an rbi single from Jon Prolupio, a two rbi double from Joe Bradley, and a two run Home Run from Chris Cruz. Philly’s Phinest grabs two with an rbi double from Dominic Rocks and an rbi from Mike Rocks Sr. The top of the third sees Hitmen adds more with an RBI double from Dennis D’Angelo, RBI single from Jon Prolupio, RBI triple from Dave Hopkins, and a sac fly from Mark Kannengeiser. Philly’s Phinest has a huge bottom of the third with an RBI triple from Tony Summers, RBI single from Tay Rocks, sac fly from Rob Phillipi, two rbi triple from Brian Hilbert, rbi single from Joe Carpino, and then an inning capper 2 run Home Run from Mike Rocks Jr to bring it within 4. In the fourth, Hitmen grab two with a two RBI triple from Nick Lang and then have a huge 5th inning. Joe Bradley gets an RBI walk and then a two RBI double from Alex Noxey, an RBI single from John Slack, followed by an rbi triple from Nick Lang, and an RBI single from Dennis D’Angelo. Philly’s Phinest grabs two with RBI singles from Mike Rocks Jr and Steve Johnson, but Hitmen puts the nail in the coffin in the top of the sixth with a huge inning. Every one of their players bats twice, with Joe Bradley going 2-2 with a walk IN THE INNING. They get a two run Home Run from Mark Kannengeiser, a 3 Run Home Run from Alex Noxey, 14 hits, three walks, and reach twice on an error. They score 18 in the inning and end this one early.


Hitmen wins 41- 12

Player of the Game: Dennis D’Angelo, 5-6. Walk, two singles, two doubles, triple, 5 RBIs, 5 runs

Morning Wood VS Dugout Demons


Morning Wood starts off starts off with 4 runs in the first, with two RBIs from Tim Frei and one each from Bob Stanley and Sebastian Pigott. They’ll add 5 in the second with 3 RBIs from Tim Frei, and solo Home Runs from Nick Carl and Bob Stanley. Dugout Demons gets 5 in the second with a 3 run Home Run from Pat Maloney and 2 run Home Run from Christian Wagner. Dugout Demons gets a 3 run Home run from AJ Dejewski in the third. The fourth sees another Bob Stanley Home Run and an RBI from Sebastian Pigott. Dugout Demons gets two to run Home runs, one from Sean Brennan and one from TJ Pergine. The seventh sees Nick Pigott hit a two run Home Run, a Nick Carl Home Run, and score 8 runs. Dugout Demons get another two run home run in the 7th, but only score 3 and fall short.

Morning Wood wins 22-15

Player of the Game: Bob Stanley, 3-4, two Home Runs, 2 RBIs

Morning Wood VS Wildfire


Morning Wood starts off strong with 3 in the first off two home runs, one from Tim Frei and one from Nick Carl. They add 7 in the 2nd off small ball. Wildfire gets 7 in the bottom of the second. Nick Pigott adds a Home Run in the 4th for Dirty Balls. Mark Maria adds a two home Run for Wildfire in the 4th as they bring it close within one. In the 7th Jim Catanzaro hits a 3 run Home Run for Wildfire and they score 5 runs and this one ends in a tie.

Morning Wood and Wildfire end in a 19-19 tie

WildFire VS Dead Ringers


Dead Ringers jumps out to an early lead in this one with a 6 run inning, followed by another 6 run inning. Leading 12-4, they add two more in the third and Wildfire makes a comeback, scoring 6 of their own to bring it to 14-12. Dead Ringers have a huge 4th inning, crossing the plate 9 times to open the lead, and then add 2 more in the 5th to end this one early.

Dead Ringers win 25-10
