Game 1: Pitches Be Trippin vs Purple Cobras

Purple Cobras got first at bats and put up three runs on a three-run homer by Steve Gardner. Pitches Be Trippin got off to a slow start with the bats and did not score the first two innings. Dan Roman hit a solo homer for Purple Cobras in the top of the 3rd to go up 4-0. In the bottom of the 3rd, Pitches Be Trippin was able to get on the board scoring one run on an RBI single by Matt Horn. In the top of the 4th Brandon Roman hit an RBI single to score one run while Pitches Be Trippin answered with one run of their own in the bottom of the 4th on a fielder's choice to make the score 5-2 after four. In the top of the 5th, Dan Roman hit an RBI double that scored one run for Purple Cobras. Pitches Be Trippin answered again in the bottom of the 5th with one run of their own on an RBI single by Matt Horn to make the score 6-3 after five. In the top of the 6th, Purple Cobras continued to add on scoring two runs on an RBI double by Mike Corrigan and an RBI sac fly to go up 8-3. Pitches Be Trippin could not get anything going the last two innings and did not score any. Purple Cobras wins a low scoring affair over Pitches Be Trippin 8-3.

Game 2: Doc's vs Dark Horse

Dark Horse scored two runs in the top of the 1st on an RBI triple by Paul Ferruzzi and an RBI single by Nick Mariana. Dark Horse would add two more runs in the top of the 2nd on an RBI single by Mike Zahodksi. Doc's would get on the board in the bottom of the 2nd, scoring three runs on RBI double by Chip Margiotta and an RBI single by Clay Snyder to put the score at 4-3 Dark Horse after two. Dark Horse would add another run in the top of 3rd, Feruzzi doubled and Mariana singled. Doc's would add two runs of their own in the bottom of the 3rd on singles by Paul Elliot, Ryan Black, AJ Bagushinski and Brett Keszczyk to tie the score at 5-5 after the third. Dark Horse would break the tie in the top of the 5th scoring three runs on singles by Jason Hudachek, Bill Jones, and Zahodski. Doc's would get one back in the bottom of the 5th on an error to make it 8-6 Dark Horse after five. Doc's would score two runs in the bottom of the 6th on an RBI double by Joe Giampietro to tie the game at 8-8 heading into the 7th. In the top of the 7th, Dark Horse would score four runs on big hits by Nick M and Ryan Schock to put alot of pressure on Doc's to try and win or tie this game. Doc's would go down in order 1-2-3 in the bottom of the 7th and ending the game. Dark Horse wins a close one over Doc's 12-8.

Game 3: Pitch Please vs Stiff Sox

Game 3 would be a back-and-forth contest between Pitch Please and Stiff Sox. Pitch Please was led by Mike Miller who doubled and tripled on the day, Bill Larkin who had a pair of triples and Mike Sheridan who had a pair of singles and a double. Leading the way for Stiff Sox was Tyler Fornwalt 3-4 on singles, Pat Echevarria who had three hits on the day including a pair of doubles and Brian DeLucas who went 4-5 on singles including a big RBI single in top of the 7th to put his team on top and would be the deciding runs to win the game. Stiff Sox wins a close one 10-8 over Pitch Please.

Game 4: Dark Horse vs One Hit Wonders

One Hit Wonders would score one run in the top of the 1st on a sac fly. Dark Horse would answer scoring two runs in the bottom of the 1st on a two-run homer by Adam Quaranta to put his team on top 2-1. One Hit Wonders would tie the game in the top of the 2nd on an RBI single by Walt Zolna. They would take the lead in the top of the 3rd on an RBI sac fly to go up 3-2 after three. Dark Horse would take over the next few innings as they scored a combined 8 runs through innings 4-6 led by Paul Ferruzzi who hit a homer and singles by Mike Suda, Alex Tornetta and Ryan Schock to go up 10-3 heading into the 7th. One Hit Wonders would take advantage of a couple errors and singles by Tom O'Neill, Joey Povlosky and Dan Cripps to make the score 10-7 and the tying run at the plate. A hard lineout would make the third out and end the comeback. One Hit Wonders comes up short on a late comeback as they go down to Dark Horse 10-7.
