1-Pitch Draft/1-Pitch Tourney

In all likelihood I will not be running the Memorial Day 1-pitch draft for the first time in 25 years. It's for the same reason I haven't been at the ball field yet this year. I developed a health issue at the start of the new year. As a result of my health issue, my wife developed one of her own. I guess after 48 years of marriage, the tendency is to share everything. LOL Anyway, while my health issue is completely under control, hers is not - making it impossible for her/us to travel. I am stuck here in Florida until things straighten out.

Nancy, Curtis, and Stephanie have helped me tremendously since the start of the softball year and for that I am very grateful. Curt and Steph will run the 1-pitch draft. If I am not back by May 25th, they will be in charge of the tournament. Obviously, taking tournament action photos is not something I will be capable of doing. If anyone wants to take tourney photos and put them on a flash drive for when I get back, that would be great. If not, that's ok too. I have enough action photos from prior tournaments to keep the social media pages fresh.

Have a great tournament and remember, this is recreational softball and not a matter of life and death. You are there to have a good time with friends, family, and teammates. Enjoy!
