Game 1: Wackers vs. Dirt Dogs

DD takes an early lead with a run in the bottom of the first. Eric Schade rips a two run double for the Wackers in the top of the second. DD adds two runs in the bottom of the second. DD pushes three runs across in the bottom of the third thanks to a Pierre Girin RBI triple, and a solo homer by Derek Strowhouer. The Wackers bat around in the top of the fourth to score THIRTEEN runs on walks, singles, triples by Bill Brancato and Eric Schade, and homers by Alex Freeman and Ian Cuozzo. The Wackers bat around again in the top of the fifth to put up TEN runs on walks, singles, and a Roc Akers two run triple. The Wackers beat up on the Dirt Dogs, 25-6.

Game 2: Dirt Dogs vs. Ump Yours

DD picks up four runs in the top of the first with a two run double by Scott C. UY answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on an Anthony Rubas RBI double. DD scores seven runs in the top of the second thanks to doubles by Matt A and Scott C, a Tess F RBI triple, and a two run homer by Derek S. Christian Butrica smokes an RBI double for UY in the bottom of the second. Walks and singles net UY two runs in the bottom of the third. Jamie F blasts a solo homer for DD in the top of the sixth. Anthony Rubas jacks a solo homer for UY in the bottom of the sixth. DD adds three runs in the top of the seventh with a Jay C RBI triple. The Dirt Dogs take care of Ump Yours, 17-9.

Game 3: Mad Batters vs. Hagan’s Heroes

MB starts with two runs in the top of the first. HH answers with three runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a Jarrett Kerns two run triple. MB plates three runs in the top of the second thanks to singles, and a Jason Medlina double. HH bats around in the bottom of the second to pick up TEN runs on singles, doubles by Jay Pane, Jarrett Kerns, and Kris Pulli, and a Rich Z grand slam. Jay Pane and Jarrett Kerns both smash homers for HH in the bottom of the third. MB scores five runs in the top of the fourth thanks to singles, and a three run double by Jason Medlina. HH bats around gain in the bottom of the fourth to pick up seven runs with a Wayne Horger, Jr homer, and a grand slam by Jay Pane. Wayne Horger, Jr jacks a solo homer for HH in the bottom of the fifth. Hagan’s Heroes makes quick work of, 25-10.

Game 1: JT Bankers vs. Phanatics

Greg Hess rips an RBI double for JT in the top of the first. Mike Ercolino jacks a solo homer for the Phanatics. Karen Kalinowsky smokes a bases loaded triple for the Phanatics in the bottom of the second. JT plates four runs in the top of the third thanks to singles, and doubles by Paul Cagier and Jason Genua. Singles net JT two runs in the top of the sixth. JT adds two runs on singles in the top of the seventh. The Phanatics rally for three runs in the bottom of the seventh. JT Bankers tops the Phanatics, 10-7.

Game 2: JT Bankers vs. Hit & Run

JT bats around in the top of the first to put up SIXTEEN runs on walks, singles, doubles by John B, Greg H, Paul C, and Lauren H, and a Greg H two run homer. Gene S smokes an RBI triple for HAR in the bottom of the first. Back to back doubles by Rachel O and Rich C net JT two runs in the top of the second. JT scores four runs in the top of the fourth thanks to RBI doubles by John B, Greg H, and Charlie M. Bill Bostic and Matt Korn smash homers for HAR in the bottom of the fourth. JT Bankers make quick work of Hit & Run, 23-8.

Game 3: Hit & Run vs. The Instigators

Matt Korn rips an RBI double for HAR in the top of the first. Eric Rosenblum rips a two run double for TI in the bottom of the first. Three runs cross the plate for TI in the bottom of the third with an RBI double by Eric Rosenblum, and a Dan McFadden RBI triple. HAR bats around in the top of the fourth to plate TWELVE runs on errors, singles, doubles by Eric Ruud, Gene S, and Vickie Haigh, Bill Bostic two run homer. Hit & Run tops The Instigators, 18-8.

Game 4: Aces of Bases vs. The Instigators

AOB puts up five runs in the top of the first thanks to a Curt Hensman RBI double, and a triple by Chase Hensman. TI answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on singles, and a two run double by Dan McFadden. Chase Hensman rips a two run double for AOB in the top of the second. TI bats around in the bottom of the second to push TWELVE runs across on singles, an Austin Grosso two run triple, and homers by Jay Murphy and Dan McFadden. Four runs come in on a two run double by Alisa Fisher in the top of the third. AOB bats around in the top of the fourth to get eight runs on singles, and a three run homer by Mike Oakes. Dan McFadden rips a two run triple for TI in the bottom of the fifth. Aces of Bases ties The Instigators, 21-21.
