Game 1: Wire2Wire can only score 4 runs in the 1st 4 innings. Tom Signore homers in 2 of them. Meanwhile, Kings Corner plates 16 in the same innings. Sean Nonnemacher triples, Mike Capacchione doubles twice and homers, knocking in 4 runs. Chris Knechel doubles. Matt Schaub doubles. Justin Miller doubles and triples. Jason Pane triples. Wire2Wire score 2 more in the 5th, with Eric Dillon doubling. They'll add 1 more in the 6th with Brain Dart going yard. Kings Corner tacks on an insurance run in the 6th, and Wire2Wire can only plate 4 in the bottom of the 7th, despite Kris Karaba doubling in 2 runs. King's Corner takes game 1, 17-11.
Game 2: Wire2Wire bounces back and scores 10 in the 1st 4 innings. Jake McDevitt, Tom Signore, and Kris Karaba all double. Meanwhile, King's Corner leads after 4, scoring 14. Mike Capacchione homers and doubles, Matt Schaub doubles, Justin Miller doubles, Jay Pane triples and doubles, and Keith Crowell doubles. They'll add 1 more to their lead in the 5th, and 1 more in the top of the 6th. Capacchione homers again. Down 16-10 in the bottom of the 6th, Wire2Wire goes off and scores 8 to take a 2 run lead. Signore doubles again and Gene Walczak legs out a triple while knocking in 2 runs. Kings Corner, needing 2 to tie and 3 to walk it off, goes down in order in the top of the 7th. Wire2Wire comes back to win game 2, 18-16.
Game 3, the "rubber match": Wire2Wire stay hot and score 6 in the 1st. Kris Karaba bangs out a 2-run homer. Kings Corner makes it a 1-run game with 5 of their own in the bottom. Matt Schaub doubles. They'll add 4 more in the 2nd. Wire2Wire plate 1 in the top of the 3rd and 2 in the 4th. Kings Corner lengthens their lead to 4 in the bottom of the 3rd. Chris Lansberry triples and Mat Crowell doubles. They'll add 3 more in the 4th on Chris Knechel's 3 run bomb. Wire2Wire make it a 1 run game in the 5th by getting a grand slam from Tom Signore. Kings Corner widens the lead to 5 in the bottom of the 5th. Mat Crowell doubles in 2 runs. Wire2Wire chip away in the 6th and get 1 run. Kings Conrner adds 5 insurance runs in the bottom of the 6th. Sean Nonnemacher doubles. Needing 9 to tie, Wire2Wire get a 3-run homer from Kris Karaba, but they stall after that. King's Corner wins, 23-17.
