Game 1: Lady Birds vs. Trash Pandas

Lady Birds win by FORFEIT

Game 2: Slashers vs. Philly Junk

Singles lead to three runs for PJ in the bottom of the second. Brandon Birkhead jacks a solo homer for PJ in the bottom of the third. PJ bats around in the bottom of the fourth to score nine runs on singles, and doubles by Anthony Crawford, Carl Motts, and Tom Rider. The Slashers leave their bats at home. Philly Junk shuts out the Slashers, 15-0.

Game 3: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Monsters & Menthols

Bill Brancato smokes an RBI triple for MAM in the bottom of the first. Walks and singles net HH two runs in the top of the second. Mark Cooper jacks a three run homer for HH in the top of the third. Brian Dart blasts a solo homer for MAM in the bottom of the third. HH puts up five runs in the top of the fourth on singles, and a Jay Pane RBI double. MAM gets five runs in the bottom of the fifth with a double by Sean Nonemacher. Bill Brancato rips a three run double for MAM in the bottom of the sixth. Monsters & Menthols tops Hagan’s Heroes, 13-11.

Game 4: Outkast vs. Only Fans

Jimmy Craig rips a two run double for Outkast in the top of the first. Tim Frei blasts a solo homer for Outkast in the top of the fourth. OF finally gets on the board in the bottom of the sixth with a solo homer by Sean Murphy. OF rallies for six runs in the bottom of the seventh thnaks to singles, and an RBI double by Shawn McCaul. In the top of the eighth, eight runs come in for Outkast on singles, and RBI doubles by Tim Frei and Eric A. OF manages to add six runs in the bottom of the eighth with singles. Outkast squeaks by Only Fans, 15-14.
