Only One Game in week one of the season.

Hitmen VS Dead Ringers
We kick off the spring season with the Hitmen jumping off to an early start. They score 5 in the top of the first with a Dave Hopkins RBI single Chris Cruz RBI walk, Alec Hoxey knocks one in on a ground out, and then Joe Bradley brings two in with a double. Dead Ringers don’t do anything in the first, and then Hitmen get four more in the second with a Dennis D’Angelo two RBI triple, and then back to back rbi doubles from Jon Procopio and Dave Hopkins. Hitmen add to the lead in the third with two more, with an RBI walk from Mark Mclaughlin and Chase Ott brings one in on a fielders choice. Dead Ringers finally gets on the board in the third with an RBI double from Jason Depew, two rbi triple from Jake Blum, and an RBI single from Randy Brymer. Hitmen is quiet in the 4th and Dead Ringers finally come alive. They start the inning with a Jose Pittman solo Home Run, followed by a single and then a two run Home Run from Jared Saias. From there, they rack off 10 straight hits with two outs, scoring 8 additional run, with Jake Blum knocking two in on a single and Randy Brymer adding two on a double. Hitmen are silent in the fifth, stunned from the previous inning, but Dead Ringers are still tired form the 4th and are quiet as well. Hitmen retake the lead in the 6th with 5 runs off a 3 run Home Run from Jon Procopio and two run Home Run from Mark Kannengeiser. The lead is taken back by Dead Ringers in the bottom of the inning with two runs to retake the lead 17-16 going into the top of the seventh. Hitmen are able to get a runner on with one out, but aren’t able to make a comeback and fall short.
