Game 1: Mad Batters vs. Aces of Bases

AOB puts up six runs in the bottom of the first thanks to singles, and a Curt Hensman RBI double. MB plates six runs in the top of the third on singles, and a two run triple by Jason Medina. AOB adds a run in the bottom of the fourth. Lory Ianasse jacks a three run homer for MB in the top of the sixth. The Mad Batters get by Aces of Bases, 13-8.

Game 2: Hit & Run vs. Phanatics

Billy B jacks a two run homer for HAR in the top of the first. Corey VanFossen jacks a solo homer for the Phanatics in the bottom of the first. HAR bats around in the top of the second to plate six runs on singles, and a two run double by Matt P. HAR bats around again in the top of the fifth to put up four runs with a double by Adam Hebert. The Phanatics bat around in the bottom of the fifth to put up six runs on walks, a Dylan Carto double, and a three run homer by Scott Gerhart. Scott Gerhart rips an RBI double for the Phanatics in the bottom of the sixth. Hit & Run tops the Phanatics, 14-9.

Cedar Hill

Game 1: I’d Hit That vs. Ump Yours

Singles net IHT two runs in the top of the first. Anthony Rubas blasts a solo homer for UY in the bottom of the second. IHT puts up four runs in the top of the third on singles. IHT bats around in the top of the fifth to put up nine runs thanks to singles, and a two run homer by Anthony R. Three runs cross the plate for UY in the bottom of the fifth on a double by Anthony Rubas, and a Joey Berry solo homer. A lot of singles get IHT nine more runs in the top of the sixth. Errors and singles help UY score five runs in the bottom of the sixth. IHT bats around once again in the top of the seventh to pick up TEN runs. I’d Hit That destroys Ump Yours, 35-13.

Game 2: I’d Hit That vs. Dirt Dogs

A leadoff triple by Anthony Rapposelli leads to three runs for IHT in the top of the first. DD answers with five runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a Dalen Coleman RBI triple, and a solo homer by Derek Strowhouer. DD puts up seven runs in the bottom of the second on triples by Tess Frelick and Jamie Grosellin, and homers by Dalen Coleman and Derek Strowhouer. DD bats around in the bottom of the third to to push ELEVEN runs across on RBI triples by Dalen Coleman and Ryan Bergh, and homers by Nick Pigott and Jamie Grosselin. IHT bats around in the top of the fourth to get five runs on singles, and a two run homer by Bill Hare. The Dirt Dogs take care of I’d Hit That, 24-8.

Hatfield

Game 1: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Wackers

Jay Pane jacks a solo homer for HH in the top of the first. The Wackers get doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Roc Akers, Alex Freeman, and Lissa Tercha to plate four runs in the bottom of the first. HH bats around in the top of the second to score four runs on homers by Jay Pane and Ron Pulli. Lissa Tercha rips a two run double for the Wackers in the bottom of the third. Mark Cooper blasts a three run homer for the Wackers in the bottom of the fourth. The Wackers score six runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles. The Wackers make quick work of Hagan’s Heroes, 20-5.

Game 2: Wackers vs. Slap A Pitch

The Wackers bat around in the top of the first to put up six runs on singles. SAP gets on the board with two runs in the bottom of the second. Three runs come in for the Wackers on a Ryan Hensman triple, and a homer by Mark Cooper in the bottom of the fourth. Bill Brancasto, Mark Cooper, and Mary Kate Smith all jack homers for the Wackers in the top of the fifth. SAP adds two runs in the bottom of the fifth. SAP rallies for two runs in the bottom of the seventh thanks to a two run triple by Matt Milkowich. The Wackers beat Slap A Pitch, 17-7.

Game 3: JT Bankers vs. Slap A Pitch

Singles lead to three runs for JT in the top of the first. SAP answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Charlie Mott blasts a three run homer for JT in the top of the second. JT puts up four runs in the top of the third thanks to doubles by Jason Genua and Paul Cagier, a John Bechtel triple, and a two run homer by Charlie Mott. Brian Chester smokes an RBI triple for SAP in the bottom of the third. Two runs cros the plate for SAP in the bottom of the fourth thanks to a Matt Coen RBI triple. SAP plates four more runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles, and a Matt Milkowich double. Back to back doubles by Matt Coen and Aedyn S help SAP put up two runs in the bottom of the sixth. JT adds four runs in the top of the seventh thanks to RBI doubles by Jason Genua and Charlie Mott. SAP rallies for a run in the bottom of the seventh. JT Bankers gets by Slap A Pitch, 15-12.

Game 4: Instigators vs. JT Bankers

JT takes the early lead with a run in the bottom of the first. Jack Milito rips an RBI double for the Instigators in the top of the second. A leadoff triple by Rich Cordisco nets JT a run in the bottom of the second. Singles lead to three runs for the Instigators in the top of the third. JT scores three runs in the bottom of the third on singles. Back to back doubles by Andrew Werkheiser and Austin Grosso help the Instigators pick up three runs in the top of the fifth. JT bats around in the bottom of the fifth to put up six runs on singles, and doubles by Jason Genua and Karlene Smith. JT bats around again in the bottom of the sixth to add TEN runs on a lot of singles, a three run triple by Nick Cordisco, and a Charlie Mott three run homer. JT Bankers smashes the Instigators, 21-6.
