Game 1: Mad Batters vs. Ump Yours

MB scores six runs in the top of the first on singles, and triples by Mark Baker and Luis Dejesus. MB bats around in the top of the second to plate TWELVE runs thanks to singles, RBI doubles by William Rowand, Luis Dejejus, and Brianna Roccia, and a Mark Baker two run triple. UY gets on the board in the bottom of the second with a single on a Joey Berry RBI double. Doubles by Mark Baker, William Rowand, and Chris Lento net MB two runs in the top of the fifth. UY manages to get a run in the bottom of the fifth. The Mad Batters beat up on Ump Yours, 21-2.

Game 2: Ump Yours vs. Slap A Pitch

A double by Nic Pataki helps UY get two runs in the top of the first. A double by Brian Chester helps to get SAP on the board with a run in the bottom of the first. UY scores five runs in the top of the second thanks to a two run double by Christian Butrica, and a Bob Louderback two run triple. Four runs come in for SAP in the bottom of the third thanks to a two run triple by Harrison Miller, and a Matt Milkowich two run homer. Kevin Riffel jacks a solo homer for SAP in the bottom of the fifth. UY bats around in the top of the seventh to score six runs on singles, and a three run double by Kevin Goyette. SAP rallies for five runs in the bottom of the seventh on singles. Ump Yours squeaks by Slap A Pitch, 13-12.

Quarry

Game 1: Phanatics vs. Wackers

The Wackers bat around in the bottom of the first to plate eight runs on singles, a two run double by Eric Schade, and a Roc Akers two run homer. The Wackers bat around again in the bottom of the second to plate FOURTEEN runs on errors, doubles by Sean Nonemacer, Roc Akers, and Ryan Hensman, RBI triples by Alex Freeman and Carmen Brancato, and homers by Bill Brancato and Eric Schade. The Wackers add five runs in the bottom of the third with a two run triple by Roc Akers, and back to back homers by Alex Freeman and Bill Brancato. The Wackers absolutely obliterate the Phanatics, 27-0.

Game 2: Wackers vs. I’d Hit That

A double by Roc Akers gets the Wackers on the board with a run in the top of the first. IHT answers with three runs in the bottom of the first. The Wackers get four runs in the top of the third thanks to RBI doubles by Bill Brancato and Lissa Tercha, and a Sean Nonemacher triple. The Wackers put up four runs in the top of the fourth with doubles by Alex Freemand and Roc Akers, and a Sean Nonemacher RBI triple. Walks and singles lead to three runs for IHT in the bottom of the fourth. Alex Freeman rips a three run double for the Wackers in the top of the fifth. The Wackers add on three runs in the top of the seventh. The Wackers take care of I’d Hit That, 17-6.

Game 3: JT Bankers vs. Hagan’s Heroes

A Greg Hess RBI triple helps JT plate two runs in the top of the first. A Rich Zupkusy RBI double helps HH get three runs in the bottom of the first. HH bats around in the bottom of the second to plate seven runs thanks to singles, and a three run homer by Keith Keppley. Singles net JT two runs in the top of the third. HH bats around again in the bottom of the third to push ELEVEN runs across on a two run triple by Jay Pane, and a Rich Zupkusky grand slam. More singles lead to three more runs for JT in the top of the fourth. HH picks up four runs in the bottom of the fourth with doubles by Jay Pane, Chase Luxton, and Jarrett Kerns. Hagan’s Heroes make quick work of the JT Bankers, 25-8.

Hatfield

Game 1: The Instigators vs. Aces of Bases

TI puts up two runs in the top of the first. Joey Reiner smokes an RBI double for AOB in the bottom of the first. TI bats around in the top of the third to score nine runs on singles, a three run double by Kara R, and a Dan McFadden grand slam. AOB adds three runs in the bottom of the fourth. Jay Murphy rips a two run double for TI in the top of the sixth. Three runs cross the plate for AOB in the bottom of the sixth thanks to a Sam Petro two run double. Team Instigators downs Aces of Bases, 14-8.

Game 2: Aces of Bases vs. Dirt Dogs

Sam Petro laces an RBI double for AOB in the top of the first. DD bats around in the bottom of the first to score seven runs on singles, and a Tess Frelick two run double. Derek Strowhouer, Scott Churma, and Nick Pigott all jack homers for DD in the bottom of the second. Matt Abramson smashes a solo homer for DD in the bottom of the third. A leadoff triple by Sam Petro helps AOB plate two runs in the top of the fourth. The Dirt Dogs get by Aces of Bases, 18-3.

Game 3: Hit & Run vs. Dirt Dogs

DD bats around in the bottom of the first to pick up eight runs on walks, singles, and a two run homer by Jamie Gosselin. HAR bats around in the top of the second to put up six runs on walks, singles, a Matt Korn RBI double, and a two run homer by Bill Bostic. Derek Strowhouer launches a two run homer for DD in the bottom of the second. Bill Bostic jacks a solo homer for HAR in the top of the third. Derek Strowhouer rips another two runs homer for DD in the bottom of the fourth as four runs cross the plate. The Dirt Dogs out slug Hit & Run, 18-11.
