Game 1: I’d Hit That vs. Phanatics Batman

Back to back to back triples by Chip Taylor, John Crichton, and Shannon Alsop lead to three runs for IHT in the top of the first. PB answers with three runs in the bottom of the first. PB plates four runs in the bottom of the third thanks to an RBI double by Dylan Cardo, and a Karen K RBI triple. Gary Ehly smokes an RBI triple for IHT in the top of the fourth. Rich Z jacks a two run homer for PB in the bottom of the fourth. IHT bats around in the top of the sixth to score TWELVE runs on walks, and a grand slam by John Crichton. Rich Z smashes a solo homer for PB in the bottom of the sixth. I’d Hit That gets by Phanatics Batman, 17-13.

Game 2: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Pinball Nerds

Back to back doubles by Jarrett Kerns and Kae Motts net HH two runs in the top of the second. PN gets on the board with a run in the bottom of the second. HH adds a run in the top of the third. Sketch Morton smashes a two run homer for PN in the bottom of the third. Two runs cross the plate for PN on singles in the bottom of the fifth. The Pinball Nerds squeak by Hagan’s Heroes, 6-4.

Games 1: Hit & Run vs. Ump Yours

Nic Pataki smokes a two run double for UY in the bottom of the first. Singles lead to two runs for HAR in the top of the second. HAR plates six runs in the top of the third thanks to singles, doubles by Gene S and Brian Randazzo, and a Matt Korn two run homer. UY puts up four runs in the bottom of the third on singles, and a double by Christian Butrica. HAR bats around in the top of the fifth to score TEN runs with a Matt Korn grand slam. UY bats around in the bottom of the fifth to plate eight runs on singles, doubles by Michael E and Kevin Goyette, and a Nic Pataki solo homer. Hit & Run out slugs Ump Yours, 21-17.

Game 2: Aces of Bases vs. Ump Yours

Andrew Werkheiser jacks a three run homer for AOB in the top of the first. UY answers with six runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a bases loaded double by Bob Louderback. UY adds seven more runs in the bottom of the second with doubles by Joey Berry, Mark Sudell, and Kevin Goyette, and a Nic Pataki two run triple. AOB adds three runs on singles in the top of the third. Singles lead to three runs for UY in the bottom of the fourth. Sam Petro jacks a solo homer for AOB in the top of the fifth. Bob Louderback smashes a three run homer for UY in the bottom of the sixth. Ump Yours beats up on Aces of Bases, 20-9.
