The new owners of Thunderbird Lanes have done us wrong and as a result there will be no SBA off-season bowling. What they are attempting to do is replace our off-season bowling league with one of their own by offering 'Sunday Funday Bowling'. If you want to bowl on a Sunday evening at Thunderbird Lanes this year, you will need to reach out to them.

I talked with the bowling center earlier in the year and in order for me to bring teams back, it would have to be on their terms. One of the terms would force players to pay for the year in advance AND pay for games they did not bowl. I've been running SBA off-season bowling since 2002 and we were never forced to pay for weeks we couldn't make it and we always paid week to week. Sorry, but their new terms were and still are completely unacceptable to me.
