Game 1: Mashed Taters vs Mayhem
Mayhem plates 4 in the 1st including a Derrick Strowhouer 3 run blast and doubles from Tim Hearn and Tom Hayes. Mashed Taters answer back with 3 in the bottom. Mayhem gets another run in the 2nd, but Taters take the lead in the bottom with 3 runs. Paul Grant homers and Mike McCallister doubles. Mayhem retakes the lead by 1 in the top of the 3rd. Hearn doubles again. Taters retake the lead in the bottom of the 4th to make it a 9-7 game. RJ Grant doubles. Mayhem ties it up at 9 in the top of the 5th on doubles from Hayes and Strowhouer. Taters mash out 7 runs in the bottom of the 5th to take a commanding 16-9 lead. RJ Grant, Jimmy Mann and Anthony Latronica all double and McCallister homers. Tater add 1 more in the 6th, but they won't need it. Despite Casey Condron and Rob Demko both doubling in the 6th, Mayhem strands them and Mashed Taters takes the win, 17-9.
